Kenosha Police Department Chief John W. Morrissey has released the 2012 Annual Report. After you review the 2012 report, past reports dating back to 2008 are also available to you for viewing.

Public Information

Lieutenant Brad Kemen is the Public Information Officer for the Kenosha Police Department. Lieutenant Kemen is responsible for approving all information that is released to the public and to the news media by the Kenosha Police Department.
We believe it is important to keep you and our community informed of important things happening in our neighborhoods. Lt. Kemen must constanty balance the crime victims rights, the need to keep the public informed, as well as state and federal open records laws. He must conduct this balance test every time information is released to the media or public.
The Kenosha Police Department is proud of the relationships we have made with the local, state and national news media; and with the community and individuals within the community. We will continue to work hard to maintain those relationships and to keep you informed.
