Public Information

 

Lieutenant Brad Hetlet is the Public Information Officer for the Kenosha Police Department.  Lieutenant Hetlet is responsible for approving all information that is released to the public and to the news media by the Kenosha Police Department.

We believe it is important to keep you and our community informed of important things happening in our neighborhoods.  Lt. Hetlet must constantly balance the crime victims rights, the need to keep the public informed, as well as state and federal open records laws. He must conduct this balance test every time information is released to the media or public.

The Kenosha Police Department is proud of the relationships we have made with the local, state and national news media; and with the community and individuals within the community.  We will continue to work hard to maintain those relationships and to keep you informed.
