 The Kenosha Police Department’s Crime Prevention Unit and the Kenosha Landlord’s Association have developed this eight hour class to give landlords the information and tools that will help reduce criminal and nuisance activity on their properties. Landlords, property managers, and their agents are encouraged to attend. 

The class is free!

The date for the next class is October 23, 2010, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.  Seating is limited and advance registration is required. To reserve a seat call or e-mail the Crime Prevention Unit at 262-657-3937 or watch@kenoshapolice.com .

Public Information

 

Sergeant Hugh Rafferty is the Public Information Officer for the Kenosha Police Department.  Sergeant Rafferty is responsible for approving all information that is released to the public and to the news media by the Kenosha Police Department.

We believe it is important to keep you and our community informed of important things happening in our neighborhoods.  Sergeant Rafferty must constanty balance the crime victims rights, the need to keep the public informed, as well as state and federal open records laws.  Sergeant Rafferty must conduct this balance test every time information is released to the media or public.

The Kenosha Police Department is proud of the relationships we have made with the local, state and national news media; and with the community and individuals within the community.  We will continue to work hard to maintain those relationships and to keep you informed.
